Small Group

Training

Small groups training consist of ATLEAST 3 athletes at a time. This training style may not always be predicated on what you specifically need to get better at but the competition and camaraderie built during these sessions are second to none. During these sessions my athletes learn how to work harder not only for their selves but for the person next to him. In small group sessions I highlight both the competition aspect of the grind and the true meaning of team work
